YMCA Improves Efficiency with SAP Business ByDesign
The Challenge
The Y had an outdated legacy solution for the size of the organisation and remained largely paper based. They needed the ability to streamline processing of documents and reduce the time spent on manual activities.

“We held a series of workshops internally and identified our challenges. An RRP document was created, comprising a ‘Wishlist’ of functionality that would improve efficiencies and ease the key users pain points, this was sent to a shortlist of possible vendors. Ultimately, SAP Business ByDesign was selected as the functionality matched our business needs, it was well priced and some of our key business users had previous SAP experience.”

Plans for the Future
